The Barracuda Swimming Club is a great way to gain confidence in the water and learn to swim.
Swimming is a great way to keep fit and you can swim as gently as you want, entirely at your own pace. It also serves as a great social event, allowing the swimmers (and their parents or carers to get together on a regular basis, even just for a chat at the poolside!
This service is open to both children and adults with additional needs.
Swimming lessons will usually include one-to-one instruction and aim to give swimmers confidence in the water, aiding to enable them to swim.
