Pole Train Fitness

We are pleased to announce that PACT for Autism will be supporting Pole Train Fitness in holding an autism-friendly aerial fitness classes once a month.

Those age 5-17 can also enjoy the benefits of aerial fitness, giving them a fun and engaging way to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle. Our classes see children taking part in a mix of Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop and Pole Silks, introducing them to a host of moves, tricks and combinations to challenge them both physically and mentally.

Whilst fitness may be the obvious benefit, our aerial classes can contribute to a child’s development in many ways, helping them to explore and enhance basic movement skills, social development, exposing them to a competitive environment, whilst building them physically in the areas of strength, flexibility, balance and control – areas which are required as a part of the National Curriculum.

Each member of staff is fully qualified, first aid trained, insured and DBS checked so you can be sure your child is in safe hands.
