Trampolining Club

For children and young adults with additional needs, siblings (whether they have special needs or not), are also welcome.

The Trampolining Club takes place each Saturday between 10.45am and 1pm, during term time with each session lasting 45 minutes. A parent or carer is required to attend the lesson with their child in this relaxed and fun environment.

When?

Every Saturday between 10.45am and 1.00pm. Please note that this is a Term Time only event.

Where?

Stewards Academy Swimschool, Parnell Road, Harlow, CM18 7QN. Please see the map at the bottom of the page.

Lesson duration:

Lessons last 30 minutes each.

How do I book?

Please contact Neil Mann at Stewards Academy on 01279 772521. Neil will take booking information and evaluate the participant’s ability and requirements prior to the first session.

How much does it cost?

There is a weekly fee of £3 per child per session or £25 per child per term, with special arrangements available if the participant is also part of the Barracuda Swimming Club.

Trampolining is a great way to have fun and it also has many health benefits, including:

  • Increase of oxygen capacity
  • Improved sense of balance
  • Increase of oxygen circulation to tissues
  • Improves the circulation of the lymph through the lymph glands
  • Strengthens the heart (Cardiovascular health)
  • Increases energy and sense of vitality
  • Firms and tones the muscles
