Who is this group for?
Join us for our New monthly online group for Adults 18+ who are Autistic / Audhd / ADHD, Allies are also welcome alongside, a space to connect in a safe space with like-minded people.You are welcome regardless of whether you do or do not have a formal diagnosis and consider yourself to be Neurodivergent. ( Autistic / Audhd / ADHD )
What is an Ally ?
An ally is someone who respects, supports, and encourages the people around them. You may be developing your understanding too and want to learn from lived experience. You might be a parent, sibling, friend, colleague, neighbour, partner, another family member.
(If you are a Parent/ Carer/Ally of a child then we have a different Zoom offer and groups for you. Please email Kim at kimd@pactforautism.org.uk for more information.) This group is for Adults and Allies only.
Purpose of this group:
A supportive and inclusive environment designed for adults to connect and share their achievements, challenges, hobbies, and interests. This space is dedicated to fostering a sense of community through the exchange of valuable information and personal stories. Members are encouraged to share their lived experiences, offering mutual support and understanding, and creating a safe space where everyone feels valued and heard.
