Gong Bath
Our Gong bath Sessions create a welcoming space .
This is a wellbeing session for over 18's registered with PACT (Parents and other family carers / Autistic / neurodivergent adults )
- Gong baths are a type of inactive meditation, where you “bathe” in the healing vibrations of sound. It’s referred to as a ‘bath’ due to participants being immersed in the vibrations of these instruments during a session
- Some people love the sounds and get so much out of it, but others can have a strong reaction against or find overwhelming, If you are unsure John can could gong for a couple of minutes while people are still arriving so you can decide if it right for you
- Time :Arrive for 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start - no admission after 7.30pm Session finishes at 8.30 pm
