Links to Pact

Pact have been our biggest support as we have navigated our journey for the last 10 years. Their help and advice has been invaluable, I now work for Pact as admin support to the team and can be seen as a friendly face at various activities that PACT run.

Lived Experience

I am a single parent to my teenage son who was diagnosed at 3 years old. We have navigated our way through the system and day to day life together, this has not always been easy and we have learned a lot and I have gained knowledge and experience along the way that I am happy to share.

My own experiences as a parent have taught me that I am very resourceful and much stronger than I ever thought.

My experiences and the knowledge I have gained give me an opportunity to help and empower others as they navigate a similar journey.

A message to share

“You are not on your own, no matter how lonely you may feel, there is someone out there who can help, or just listen, reach out and find them, and between us we can make a difference”
