Thank you for your interest in hosting a ‘Comfy Clothes Day’ in support for PACT For Autism.
The aim of the day is twofold: to raise funds for our charity so we can continue our work and to raise awareness and acceptance of the sensory differences experienced by autistic people.

For Schools and community groups
We can provide an activity pack that you may wish to use to support learning during the day.
It contains a worksheet to help think more about the senses – including the three senses often not learnt about.
You could try out various resources around the classroom or school which can be experienced by the pupils and staff.
Starting the session with some exploration of the resources and then a discussion about the senses could then be followed up by use of the worksheet, learning and discussing sensory differences. There is some information about sensory differences often experienced by autistic people along with some links to further information.
