Neuro Art for Autistic, Audhd, ADHD Adults (no formal diagnosis needed to attend )

Hare street Youth Centre Harberts Road Harlow, CM19 4AY

12:00pm Saturday 25th October 2025

Neuro Art is a creative group for Autistic, Audhd, and ADHD adults registered with PACT.

Making art can be a great way to express yourself, lower stress and anxiety, and communicate.

We are providing a creative space to explore interests in arts and crafts, share modalities, and learn new skills.

Led by group members, the themes will be fluid and allow space for individual making. Meaning you can choose how to spend the session, whether that’s trying something new or working on a continuing project.

Hannah, a therapeutic arts practitioner, will be facilitating the session.

Pact staff will be available throughout the event to talk with you, answer any questions you may have, share information about our services, and offer support wherever it's needed.

You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend these sessions.

  • A ticket is to be booked for each person attending the session
  • A parent, carer, or ally/personal assistant (P.A.) is welcome to attend the session with you and may remain at the venue throughout
  • A separate area with refreshments will be available for them during the session
  • For individuals who require 1:1 support, a parent or carer is required to remain on site throughout the session
  • Please book a separate ticket for anyone who is attending with the adult participating in the adult art group.
