Links to PACT My journey with PACT began about 11 years ago, during a challenging time when the charity provided crucial support for my Family Since then, I've been a proud volunteer at the PACT Balls for over four years, helping to raise acceptance and support.

Lived Experience I've been fortunate to deepen my knowledge and understanding through the beautiful journey of watching my autistic nephew grow, and especially through raising my own wonderful autistic son. His unique perspective continually boosts my life. With over seven years of teaching experience and a strong background in SEN support, I've also had the privilege of supporting autistic adults facing barriers to employment. My Diploma in Counselling further enhances my daily practice, allowing me to share a person-centered, empathetic approach.

A Message to Share Autism beautifully illustrates that there's no single way to see or experience the world. Every autistic person enriches our community with their unique creativity, insight, and strength.
