Time : The session runs from 6pm till 9.30pm
PACT team member Carly will be at the Session on this date from 6pm -8.00pm to welcome and Connect with you.
This session is for over 18's / adults only - Welcoming all over 18's - Autistic Adults and Allies
Cost: £3 entry fee payable to Geek Retreat on the evening

What Happens ?
This event is run by and at Geek Retreat Harlow.
A member of our team will be attending this session, It is a relaxed space there is no pressure to join in - just feel welcome!
6pm - 6.30pm Arrival and settle in time
Games will be selected at this time
6:30 pm onwards
Games take place
There’s two main tables for the board games
you can sit wherever you are comfortable
If you want to play a game on your own you can sit separately
or just watch
you can sit separately if you wish
you can leave at any time
Games are tidied away at the end of the session
9pm the session finishes
The entry gives you use of all the boardgames they have in store or if you have one from home you'd like to bring feel welcome to.
Where are the Toilets ?
There is one disabled / general use toilet in Geek rereat towards the the back of the venue
In the Harvey Centre next to Cineworld there are Male and Female toilets , a disabled toilet and a changing place
Food and drink
You can buy food and drink at any time at Geek Retreat - please don’t bring your own
Venue and parking:
The Geek retreat is near Cineworld in the Harlow Harvey centre on the upper floor (level 3 on lifts)
The Harvey centre has disabled toilet and a changing place
Nearby parking - pay on exit Harlow Harvey Centre Car park and Water Gardens car park, with Blue badge bays avaliable at same tarrif
There are some free use Blue badge bays outside harlow Playhouse which is next to the Harvey Centre
