Links to PACT

My journey with PACT began five years ago when I first started attending events with my son. Since then I’ve taken part in numerous workshops, activities, and community sessions, and I’ve valued becoming part of such a passionate network.

Lived Experience

I am a parent to an autistic child, and much of what I’ve learned about autism has come from watching him grow and understanding the world through his eyes. I also volunteer in school settings and help parents navigate SEN support / adjustments. Alongside this, I have 12 years of experience working in recruitment, where I’ve delivered workshops and training across a range of topics.

A Message to Share

Autism isn’t one‑size‑fits‑all. It is a deeply personal journey for every individual and every family. Each autistic person brings their own joy, strengths, and uniqueness that enriches all of us.
