Terms & Conditions of booking
- PACT do not offer refunds unless we have to cancel/postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances
- If the activity/session is for Families / children/ under 18's then a Parent/Carer is responsible for the child/ren and must remain in the venue at all times
- If the activity/session is for Adults and the person attending requires support to attend then a Personal assistant / Carer/ Parent must attend and be responsible at all times
- It is your responsibility to check the event/session details and the Terms and Conditions of the venue also linked on the page
- PACT does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property or for any liability (to the fullest extent permitted by law)
- It is your responsibility to check Your booking receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your booking receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there is a mistake
