Lived experience

Explore and learn through Lived Experience

Lived experience is at the core of what we do and you will discover this through all your connections with PACT. We have found over the years that we continue to learn from each other, Parents , Young people and Adults sharing their experience. We find this is invaluable and often brings deeper understanding both personally and in the wider community.

Our Explore pages offer links to lived experience:

  • Outside our website in links below
  • Themed pages
  • Videos
  • Lived experience talks and workshops

We hope this will enable you to explore and learn from the experience of others and share your experience too. Every person is different and there's no single answer or way to follow , by providing these links we hope you find what resonates with you.
